We are excited to inform you that on October 17, we will be upgrading to a new billing system to serve you better. Please take a moment to review the important details below, as some changes will affect how you access your account.

What You Need to Know:

• Autopay Customers: If you are currently enrolled in autopay, your autopay will continue without interruption.
• New Account Numbers: Your account number will change. You will receive your new account number after the conversion is complete.
• Security Pins: Your 4-digit security pin will transfer and will not change
• Customer Portal Access & Website:
  • The current billing portal will no longer be available after October 16.
  • The new website layout and portal links will be available starting October 18.
  • If we have an email address on file, that email will be your username in the new portal. Simply use the “Forgot Password” option to set your new password and gain access.
  • If we do not have an email address on file, you will need to register a new account using your new account number.
• First Bill in the New System: Your first bill may include prorated charges or credits to align billing dates during the transition. This is a one-time adjustment, and most customers will see a reduced first bill as we align bill cycles.
• New Notification Options: After the conversion, you’ll have the option to opt-in for SMS text notifications and enhanced email alerts for billing and account updates.
